So the last time I played the game was October I've been trying to play since the Pre-city Living patch but since that patch... I'm able to access CAS, the Gallery, and get as far as the The World Maps selector, but once I chose a lot to Play (Live/build mode) the game doesn't load up the way it use to. It use to run like a charm, took no more than 10-15 seconds to load up the neighborhood, now we're pushing 5+ minutes.
I repaired the game,
purged/updated Mods and CC,
I even (un/re)installed the game a few hours ago.
I dare not remove my Tray folder, because I know that contains all my Library... maybe I'll back it up. and try loading up the world.
I don't really care for my saves. it was a test/sandbox save and all of my builds and sims are in my library.
I just don't understand. I have the memory for it.

Try checking to see if the game has reset your settings after a patch back to 32 bit mode instead of 64 bit mode.
Go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture.
Click on “Game Properties”. Click on Advanced Launch options.
Then there are options to either change the “When launching this Game” setting to “The Sims 4 32-bit”
Or change the “When launching this Game” setting to “The Sims 4 64-bit”
Try changing it back to 64 bit mode if it has been reset to 32 bit mode.
If the issues remain, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder

I basically did that second option when I reinstalled the game, i opened it, let it create a new folder, and I only copied back the my tray folder and mods.
but i forgot to mention.
when I open my game I notice this and look at the options menu
and after i exit, the game becomes unresponsive

Are you playing on a Mac or on a PC ?
Move your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem.

Well I know exactly what mod is Messing With my UI. Duh Mason you fool.
I have the UI extension mod that allows players to manipulate the Sims Needs... the real question is was that mod preventing the game to work properly.
My Mood:
Is that the UI Cheats Extension? Check that it's up to date. It was updated recently.
The UI Cheats Extension mod has been updated since the latest patches

If you continue to have issues with your Mac after installing the latest version of the mod, it would be best to post in the Mac section of the forums about your issues,

I am sorry that you are having issues. Is the game working okay when your mods/cc are removed? If it is , try then putting your mods/CC back into the mods folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue
