Okay, here is my problem. I be playing sims 4 city life and sometime I can only looked around in some parts. Like there is a event at the park but the camera only allow me to go or stay at the building near by but never farther out. And at the ruins, it only let you see where the fire-pit is but stop beyond that. How can I fix this issue.

Other simmers have also been finding this happening randomly in their game. They have found that by coming completely out of the game and reloading the game has helped, or by waiting until the next sim day has arrived the issue in the same area of the game has been fixed. Try testing to see if doing these things may help with your issues also.
