Problem with 64 bit Origin

I am trying to install TS4 on my other computer which has 64 bit OS, Win 7. Of course I need Origin installed to run the game, but installation fails with the error message that it is missing MSVCP120.DLL. Since it isn't installed, I don't see anyway to change the language, which is English or tell it to run in 64 bit. In looking in the Origin folder, I see two files, GetGameToken32 and GetGameToken64. Is this the problem? Would removing the first one resolve my problem?

(I have reinstalled the 64 bit DLL, just to be sure that I have it, but that hasn't solved the problem.)

After many trials and tribulations and trying everything from Crinrict to the internet, I finally got it to work by uninstalling (again...) the Visual C++ and reinstalling both 2012 versions of 64 bit and x86. Whew!!!!! Thanks @rosemow!
