Does anyone know where I can get a list of the festivals and the days they're on?

SimGuruRomeo said in the livestream that there are no set dates for specific festivals but you can expect to see 2 - 3 per sim week.

They basically repeat every 2 weeks. just make a note of when they are in your game, so you know when they will be the next time.

If you live in an apartment, click on the bulletin board, if there is a festival today/tomorrow it'll be said there.
