Is there any CC residential lots that look really run down? Like, near post-apocalyptic quality. Most of the CC lots I've found were really pretty and well designed, even the smaller ones. I want at least one area in my game with just really unfortunate looking houses for my more unfortunate sims.

Can anyone create old-style furniture (kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, outdoor ) and also fashion for my magical/historical gameplay? I’m thinking about something in old style wood and without electricity, fashion with fur/linen and so on) . Recolors in old style would be also welcome.
I have tons of cc from all existing sites/blogs in my game but I'm a storyteller and need NEW content ;)

Does anybody know where I can find any CC to make my sims look like Link and Zelda from the Legend of Zelda games series? I can't find any decent clothing items, especially for Zelda. There were some great ones for The Sims 3, and I found one guy who has made amazing Breath of the Wild sims, but his CC isn't up to download. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, you should be able to open .rar packages with your zip program. I use 7-Zip and I just right click on the rar file and choose extract here.
@Bananas_45 My computer automatically unzips .zip packages, but does not do it for .rar. Is 7-Zip free?
When you right click on a .rar file your computer should give you an option to open it without having to download something else. I think you just have to tell your computer to do it, .zip and .rar files are basically the same thing, like Coke and Pepsi.
But, if you need 7-Zip it's here: https://www.7-zip.org/ You would want the 64-bit version
