I'd gladly go under EA's terms and, write a review for whatever they asked me to review. Not too bad, sign a release, give your opinion, get a free mini vacation
It's certainly good how he understands his fans won't trust anyone related to EA in any way. I do hope that eventually he'll be able to make it to a press conference as an independent person, because he'll be able to both keep his integrity and have access to information no one else does.
