Having problems logging in

Hello, lately I've been having issues with logging in to thesims.com, it says there's been an error. I tried different browsers but nothing helps. Forums work well but the main page just doesn't. Before I deleted cache and cookies, I'd logged in successfuly but when I wanted to browse the gallery, it logged me out and again threw an error at me. Now after deleting cache and cookies I cannot log into the main page at all. Does anyone know what's up with this? It's driving me crazy and I would appreciate any help from you guys. Thank you

Try shutting down your computer completely. Then restart the computer, and try to log in to the site,

Perhaps try logging in using another device or computer that you own, and see if that helps?
