I would also like build items/features such as: different shape stairs, terrains manipulation, split level foundations etc.
PLEASE FIX TEENS IN TS4! I NEED YOUNGER TEENS NOT YA TEENS! (^_^)Please add Music Bands with lead singers! Please add vehicles and garages! Vehicles have always been part of The Sims.
EA has managed to reduce my enthusiasm for the whole franchise to about 50% of what it used to be in only two years
a realisation like that, that's what's important to me
now just waiting for the City EP
will it up TS4 like GT did ? or will it down it like DO did ?
is there some rest of affection left in the makers or will they just deliver fillers of stuff ?
my hopes are at all sims times low

Toddlers are the things most important to me, that I would like to see above all else. Pre-teens would be really nice but at the same time they'd probably irritate me a bit because I just wish teens were a little smaller. I'd like them if they came but I want other things more. I really, really want Seasons and Pets but I'm not too concerned about them right now because they usually take a while to come out, and I think TS4 could use a few more options and everyday things first.
I personally have no interest in open world or CAST and, unfortunately for those who want them, have been confirmed to not be returning to TS4.
I count things like new worlds, clothing and Build/Buy items as a given - they're always something I want more of but it's guaranteed we'll always get some with each new pack (except worlds obviously) so I don't fret too much about them.
Regarding things not on your list - things that are a "must" for me are apartments, University, new vacation destinations, cars, new venues, new jobs and careers, and new hobby and skill items.

E. More challenging and interesting gameplay.
F. Support for rotational gameplay.
But I know that we won't get that in TS4. Therefore point A to B don't matter to me. Only point E and F could (hypothetically) make me change my mind.
