Sims 3 house request?

Hello, I am looking for someone to please build me a house for the sims 3. I'd like a shabby chic beach house along the coast on island paradise a one story home with 3 bedrooms; master bedroom, baby girls room, and an office. I'd like 1.5 bathrooms the .5 being a laundry room. I also like neon colors and my favorite color is purple. If it could also be kind of like a glass house, that'd be super!

I have all expansion packs except for Katy Perry sweet treats.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and seeing what you make :-)
