    It's Canada day tomorrow here so my day will be full of beer gardens and fireworks lol, what is everyones plans for the weekend?

      Going to open my first Sims restaurant - with a gamer area.

      Also going to a park celebration with booths and entertainment and a doggy parade for the 4th.

      Have to stay in at night to reassure my poor kitties the world is not ending when people light fireworks.

      Probably won't do much for Canada day though I want to do something. The idea of the crowds absolutely terrifies me at the moment. Also, nothing really near my area of the city anyway and I don't feel like travelling that much (I mean, it's not that far to downtown where like everything is... but then I have to actually go downtown and I don't really like it there). Though I'm sure the casino nearby will do fireworks, so I'll probably go chill outside and watch them.

      I don't really know what to do with myself this weekend tbh lol. It's been a very long and exhausting month at work and with life, and it feels like it's been forever since I've been able to just relax for like 2 days (and a half!). So my plans are really to just relax and take things easy. If I decide to do something I will, but at a nice leisurely pace and if I do nothing but sleep or sim for 2 days (and a half!) then that's what I'll do and not feel bad about it.

      Kind of hoping to maybe squeeze a movie in somewhere during my weekend for something fun to do, I really wanna go to a movie (dunno what yet, Tarzan maybe. Or Finding Dory again XD). Maybe try to hang with friends.

      Mostly I think I'll just play sims. I do plan to play sims a lot. And sleep a lot. Sleeeppppp ♥.

      Using my cheat-sheet to know who the hell I'm voting for (there's over 60 candidates for the senate, coming from about 10-12 different parties)
      Having a democracy sausage. Maybe, if they've fired up the bbq early.

      Yeah, it's election time downunder.
      And we have some fun named parties, like: The sex party, Derryn Hinch's Justice Party (funny when you knwo who Derryn Hinch is), 🐸🐸🐸🐸 (HEMP) Party, and The Arts Party... The hemp party and the arts party, sounds like a thing for arts students.

      I'm going to Kalahari Resorts in the Poconos. I'm taking my family. It will be amazing :P And I'm also going to be designing kids rooms with the new kids room stuff!

      probably more working on my sim legacy story; seems i do it incessantly anymore!
      i have to try this new med i was put on recently as well, as i am unable to walk due to a nerve damaged leg
      and maybe, if i'm lucky, i'll head into the mountains to watch fireworks!

      Sunday is race day. The Six Hours of Sahlen's endurance race at Watkins Glen is on that morning, and I started taking practice laps in Project CARS last night.

      Monday is the day we celebrate Amerexit. Unless someone's having a barbecue, there will be lots of simming involved. :D

      I'm going to my mum's at the end of my shift today. I finish at 9 pm so hopefully it won't be too dark cause I'm biking there.

      pretty much what i do all day every day... be alone at home, all my friends have summer jobs or Adult Real Jobs :D so im stuck playing games and posting on forums

      Spent Canada Day hanging out with family at home, doing family stuff :) My daughter made strawberry shortcake. Tomorrow is more of the same! But this time my husband is smoking meat for dinner. Sunday I'm seeing my daughter off at the airport for most of the summer, then probably seeing a high school friend and his wife for midday drinks. Will try to get out and about a bit the next couple of days - downtown is mega-crammed for Pride Weekend, but some of that trickles into our neighbourhood and makes me happy without having to claim a spot for hours ahead :)
