My Champion Gamer Sim won't receive a raise anymore at top of career.

My Champion Gamer (lvl 10 Career Tech Guru Job) Sim won't receive a raise anymore when his work progress bar fills up, no matter how at peace or focus he is. The bar gets a check mark, but then goes unchecked after the work day ends with no raise. This never happen before with other saves with this sim in same job field at top of it. I also have just just working normal at his job, not setting him to do any action at work that would lower his work performance or stress him out. Anybody else had this problem or found a solution to this suppose bug?

Have you tried quitting the job and then level it back up (with cheat)

Also any mods in your game ?

Try typing in
testingcheats true
Then type in
careers.demote TechGuru
This will lower him down a level. Then have him work to get back up to the next level, and that may help to fix the issue.

No & Yes, a few mods that have never been a issue in the past. Though I'll try removing them and delete the cache. Also try the cheat, as backup plan.
