Picture Frames

I do absolutely 0 modding or CC. I use it in game but am clueless at creating any. I found a bunch of cool photo frames I like, for putting on tables or on the walls, and downloaded them but want to know how to get screenshots or photos taken with my sim's camera in the frames.

I think having photos of your sim on the wall in the house is just the perfect home-y touch so I kind of really want these - to either make them myself or have someone help me make them.

Can anyone help by either teaching me how to make this or being kind enough to assist in creating it?
