In researching how to do this the files to put back are "tray", "screenshots", "saves", and "options.ini" but I don't see the "options.ini" only "options". Is this the same file? I copied the entire Sims4 to a back up device before having my computer repaired.

They are the same files. It depends if you have the computer setting ticked on to show file extension endings.

Edit: If hard drive is mechanical you need at least a 7200rpm hard drive.
