Issue with plants on home lot

I also have plants in my sims home garden that won't reproduce, does anyone else have this issue? His two carrot plants, two strawberry plants, two onions plants, two mushrooms plants and two spinach plants that won't produce their fruits... They are also leveled up to perfect so it's frustrating because I can't get fruits from them or shoot to even graft them...

Anyone else having this one?

All the other plants on his lot have produced multiple times, and these types of plants have produce on his garden market lot, these ones on his lot must have been "corrupted" somehow.

I tried testingcheats on, and resetting the plants, I also tried repairing my game

Hello.
Try going into bulld/buy mode and placing the plants that have the issues, into your sim's household inventory. Then go into live mode and travel to another lot. Come back to the home lot. Then go back into build mode and place the plants from the household inventory back onto the lot. Then see if that helps the issue.

I am sorry that the plants are not producing fruit. Perhaps keep fertilising them and see if that helps. They may be taking longer to produce fruit than the other plants, but will eventually produce fruit.

I thought that carrots produce in a very short amount of time, also I've been playing this lot for like 25-30 sim days, it was my growfruit challenge lot and in that entire time, there have been no fruits from these certain plants

But it's weird because some of my plants do produce!

Also, I did mention when I try to cut a shoot of the plant I receive nothing

There may be an issue because of the growfruit challenge. After the patch comes, any new plants may not have this issue, but it may not help the plants that you have that already have problems. I am sorry that some of your plants are affected and others are okay and are producing fruit.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" and "ReticulatedSplinesView" files and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated files/ folders with the old files/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder .

Thank you for the help, I will try that and try repairing the game again.

Otherwise I will wait until tomorrow, and if that doesn't work I will just have to replant them
