All of my Sims from the CAS Demo are uploading to the Gallery and are labeled as containing CC, and I definitely do not have any CC. What's the problem and can it be fixed?
I've tried the popular workaround to fix the problem and it didn't work. Could it just be a demo thing?
Origin ID: Okest3r_13 Check out my Sims 4 creations!
There are other simmers that have the full game and are having the same issue, of the game saying that their sims have cc on them, although they have never downloaded cc for their game.
The workaround for them if they would like to upload their sims to the gallery and want them to be cc free is to start a new game, go to CAS, replace the random sim that is there with their modded cc Sim ( what the game is saying has cc) from their library , and then save the sim to their library again. Perhaps you could do a similar thing with a random sim.
So far we think it is related to the latest update. It seems to be the same, as the CC tag doesn't show until the creation is uploaded. Like it is passing another filter.

Hello @YaraZen
Other simmers have been posting that they have had issues with their builds being classed as having cc when their builds contain paintings or photos that their sims have done by paint by reference or when taking photos, and the subjects weren't cc items. When they removed the paintings and photos, their builds were no longer classed as having cc.
I am sorry that you are having the issue with the game classing your builds as having cc when they don't.
Thank you so much @rosemow , yes, I knew about that issue which is strange enough but in two specific cases neither of the uploads had CC or paints by reference or anything we know of to cause trouble.
Also those builds saved totally fine to the gallery but as soon as they were uploaded they classified as CC. Thank you so much for your fast answer.

I had the same issue with a lot uploading to the gallery and was able to solve it by removing the photos and replacing the fridge and garbage can. I also had some great feed back on twitter (in the comments) which I wanted to share with other builders experiencing this problem since the last patch.

Also, there is no CC flag when I save to the Library, just when I try to upload to the Gallery.
I am sorry It may be different because you have the demo.
