Sims 4 Game Gallery Issues

i've been having some issues with my game's gallery. the households and rooms have a blurry edge to them. it's as if the skin, hair, clothing, accessories, furniture and/or wallpaper bleeds around the sims, household and room. then it becomes blurry. this is a new issue for me. i am playing the sims 4 on a intel i3 laptop with a 2.4 processor. i want to know if this issue was because of my laptop's specs or if the new update will fix this.

When you are in the in-game gallery section, is the blurriness and other issues the same with both the library and the community sections of the gallery, or just with your my libary part of the gallery?
When you tested the gallery before putting back the folders into the new sims 4 folder, was the blurriness and other issues still there?
If it wasn't, then there could be issues with your tray folder.

@rosemow : the problem exists only with my sims 4 game gallery. not the forum. the blurriness is in both my creations and other players' creations. including maxis'. i have tried the steps you provided but none of them seem to work. i am going to try to uninstall my game and then reinstall it. hopefully it will work. if it does, then i will let you know.

In the above post, I meant was the issue still there when you were in-game and looking at the community section of the gallery before downloading the creations? Or is it only effecting the creations that you have downloaded to your library? Are the creations looking blurry in the in-game gallery before you download them to your library ?

I hope that reinstaling your game helps your issue.
I was just thinking again, and you may have thought that I thought it was a forum/ website issue because I linked to your other thread. I just wanted to explain that I linked to the other thread so as other simmers who may help you here know what steps have already be done to try to help you with your issue.

Edit : If you continue to have issues after reinstalling the game, could please post pictures here of the issue.
Because you aren't a member yet, you can't post pictures or links, but you can upload your pictures to a photo sharing site such as imgur or tinypic , then right click the picture on the photo sharing site and paste the image address link here, but break the image code link up, such as putting h.tt.p.
We can then put the codes back together and post the pictures for you.
