Can confirm it works, saw a post on a forum showing a user that asked during 2015 and recieved it.
Just have to be lucky in support for a very charitable person to gift it.
Purchasing the base game and packs through a website like Amazon or Ebay is always an option. Some shops that sell used games could have something if you have one near you.
