Or resetting your TS4 folder:
1. Move the whole TS4 folder out to Documents or desktop.
2. Delete the TS4 folder in the Electronic Arts folder if it's still there. Get into the game and play for a bit and then exit.
3. You will see a new TS4 folder in your Documents > Electronic Arts folder.
4. Copy all the Saves, Tray, etc files back to the new respective folders in the new TS4 folder and start the game again.
Completely shut down your computer. Start the computer again, then launch the game and see if the issues are still there.
The autosave may be causing issues. Go to your save folder in Documents -Electronic Arts-Sims 4 folder and move the slot_00000001.save file. to your desktop. That is the autosave file and could be causing issues. Then launch the game. Go to the load button ( the one with the floppy disk image) in the main screen in the game, load one of your game files, play the game and see if it is working okay.

Hello.
Are you unable to only load the one house? Was it a house that you downloaded from the community gallery, or one that you built yourself? If you downloaded it from the gallery, or you have a saved copy of it in your library, replace the current house with the copy of the home from your library and see if that helps.
Try moving the sims who live in the home to another lot and see if that helps.
Also, remove any cc/mods that you have and see if that helps.
If you haven't already done this, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.

The autosave file to move to your desktop is the one that says slot_00000001.save without the numbers. The other ones are versions of that one, and they can also be moved to the desktop as well.

Hello.
Move the sims 4 folder to the desktop, and keep it there. It contains your saves folder where your save files are and your tray folder which contains the sims households and builds that you have in your library. Don't delete any of the folders/files that are in the sims 4 folder. You will be wanting to place some of these folders/files back into the newly generated sims 4 folder.
Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game. Then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.
Then launch the game and see how the game is working.
Edit : I wasn't sure if you mean this or the autosave files, so have posted about the autosave files in the below post.

If you are meaning the autosave files, delete the slot_00000001.save file and its versions. Keep all the rest of the save files that are in your saves folder.

Are you moving your sims 4 folder to the desktop? In the sims 4 folder on your desktop is your saves folder. That folder contains your save game files. After you have launched the game, a new sims 4 folder is created. You will be placing your current save game folder which contains your save game files back into that new sims 4 folder.
After you exit the game after the new sims folder is generated, delete the new saves folder and the new trays folder. Then place the old saves folder and the old trays folder that are in the desktop sims 4 folder into the new sims 4 folder.
Are you still having the issues in your game with all the homes or with just one home?

No, you won't lose your saves when you bring them back to the new TS4 folder.
And like what rosemow said, just delete the slot_00000001.save file and its versions.
Hello
Is the house that is on the Yuma Heights lot a house that you downloaded from the community gallery? Or is it one that you bullt yourself? If you downloaded it from the gallery, it may have items from packs that you don't own and that is causing issues.
Try having your sims that live there move to another home. Then see if you can load the lot. If you still can't do that, then either try replacing the home with a copy of the same house if you already have it in your library, or replace the home with a different one.

If not, I would suggest you start a new game (+ button on the main menu) and then go to Yuma Heights and load the lot in manage world build mode and once you've loaded it, save the house in My Library.
Then go back to the main menu and choose your old save and go to the lot and place the Yuma Heights from your library and see if that resets it.
