Not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language

First of all, I have the original copies of Sims 4 and the expansions but they're in a different language because I bought the game overseas in EU where I currently live. I did some changes to the language files to make it English so that I could understand the game a while back and recently I couldn't play the game because of this error.

Why... England is in Europe.
England? English? Correlation? You shouldn't have an issue.

It's not that simple you know, I'm currently in Poland and I'm forced to use these 3 languages, Polish, Russian and Czech. I know a bit of Polish, still learning it but I prefer English as my main language. There is no English option even though English is known worldwide AND it is the default language of the game, so you're forcing people to use their native languages? What about the people studying aboard? So they are either force to use the language they're not familiar with or they just can't buy the game? Why does EA always screws up everything? I don't have any of these issues with Steam. This might be the last game I'll be purchasing from this company.

I am sorry that you are having this issue.

In this AHQ EA thread, the simmer was able to fix the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Doing this may help with your issue
