I've had this world sitting in my CAW files for a while. I started it a few years ago, then moved on to another project. The other day I decided to load it back up and work on it. It's a rather large world with 143 lots. It comes with 12 households. And plenty of empty starter homes all over the town.

This world is now in beta.

What are the sizes of the lots? Are you going to build them up?

Thank you. Most of the lot sizes are 25x20, 30x20, 30x30, 30x40, 40x40, 50x50, and 64x64. With a few odd sized lots, in the beach area. And yeah, I plan to build up the town. The goal is to have one side of the river be city themed with skyscrapers, and the other side being suburban. If anyone would be up for it, I wouldn't mind some help building lots.

Not really. It usually takes me a few months to finish a world. But, I do seem to be building this one up quickly.

Thank you. I've done some work on the world today. I will be surprised if I get much work done in the next couple weeks. But, it will most likely be finished by sometime in the December.

So, I'm doing a build challenge with some friends. It's something we do from time to time. And I thought it would be fun to post one here for others to try. Maybe even add my favorite(s) to the world before I release it. Interested, yes, no?

I like this world! All the building have a sense of similarity to fit together, but at the same time have their own identity.
