Figured I would post a few homes here as a showcase.
All lots built from real floorplans of homes made in the first half of the 20th century with a few mix ins of a more current era.
Floor plans range from the Sears Kithomes, Kithome companies from the 1920s-50s, Storybrooke homes, Hugh Comston Carmel Homes and Fairytale plans. I do not use CC and sometimes leave a lot of decorating up to players for their CC but I do decorate house and Gardens.
Hope you enjoy
First up will be the The Birmingham

Sorry for the delay had to figure out the photos
This is one of my Sears Kithome series. Yes these were/are real homes that you could buy from sears. This one was a 1920s moving out of Victorian to the 4 square. NoCC no Moo as it was a very early attempt.

"Pardiggle," the storybook home simply oozes period and fairytale charm. The Actual plan is only the first floor I added Basement for Activities and another bedroom. Still part of my Fairytale series hope you enjoy Please comment if you take. Place in Buildmode.

I did but was zoned out when I took said Photos Major Brain Fart lol. I never use grid that much after the build is actually up I like a free flow of where things go hence the use of the Alt button Hope to either photo another sears or another fairy maybe a Carmel Cally Home like Obers

updated it to Gretel .2 in the Gallery.
One of HUgh Comstocks Carmel by the sea Hones built for his wifes dolls unsure of the name as it has been called both Hansel and Gretel. SO I went with Gretel. It is very small much like what many people are doing these days with Tiny homes I would love to live in this.
This is the first in my series of Fairy tale homes

The Fable is looking very nice! Very nice exterior of the home. The dormer looks nice. The garden looks very pretty with how you have placed the flowers! Nice car parking spot. The enlarged truck looks great there.

The Elmhurst
The elmhurst is the 10th I believe of my Sears Kithomes from the 1920s and is of the Tudor style has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (many homes per 70s had only one full bathroom and maybe a half bathroom) it costs ran close to $2,000 if I remember correctly monthly payments were under $50
On this build I decided to do a Side yard as one of my child hood neighbors had this house and had a side yard they owned 2 lots between streets hence side yard and they sadly did not have a pool pool is where their garden was
As always I did not ad much decoration as I know people use CC so enjoy and feel free to post what you have done with teh bones of teh houses I make would love to see what you do
Actual Elmhurst homes today
and this is why I want a climbing Ivy Plant in build but if you have CC feel free to add Ivy

Master Bedroom
ANd lastly backyard
and thats it. The elmhurst can be found in my Gallery page under my user ID Rconewarrior Their are 3 versions (first one was a mistake upload with a yard view of the house as main picture) then the second with corrected view. The Most Current one which I updated and corrected a few mistakes is listed under The Elmhurst .2
AS I said feel free to take and make it your own and if you want post it up here as I again would love to see it filled with CC stuff and look more like a live in home rather then looking like a model home
Cheers
next update will be in two days as I need to work tonight on Fable and The Morgan Still shocked I forgot about the Morgan
