Upgrading the Chemical Analyzer and Chemistry Lab doesn't complete the upgrade object whims

Not sure if here is the place to post this, but:

- Issue: the upgrade to make unbreakable, for both the Chemical Analyzer and the Chemistry Lab, doesn't complete the Upgrade an Object whim.

- Cause: those whims test for a specific tag (Interaction_Upgrade), which is missing on the interactions used to upgrade those objects:
105213 - si_ChemistryLab_Upgrade_NeverBreaks
105214 - si_ChemistryLab_Upgrade_NeverBreaks_Resume
108306 - chemicalAnalyzer_NeverBreaks
108307 - chemicalAnalyzer_NeverBreaks_Resume
