I love when they are able to use concept assets in the actual game. It means that all the work they did didn't go to waste. I don't think it's "recycling" a world. I like to think of it as finishing the world up, polishing it, and making sure the details are just right. They said they're still finalizing the world right now, so that's great!

I'm still hoping that they'll use that one world or what ever it was that had that beautiful water front scene that was in Sims 3 Into The Future. Now that they are releasing one of the other concept worlds.
Wow? Nothing says 'hey, let's get together and party down' quite like a quaint Tudor village. This pack, at the very least, needed a new world which is suitable for all the new types of clubs and bars, I don't know, maybe more urban? A city perhaps? So odd.
