Packs not showing up??

I've bought GTW, and outdoor retreat and it says I don't have them??

Ok have you tried closing game open origin click on the sims 4i and then you should see the icons for packs click on to install

Right click on the game and select info or something. Scroll down.

it says that they're installed, but they don't show up in the game.

Hello.
Try right clicking GTW and Outdoors Retreat pack pictures and click repair. Then press the play button from the GTW section to play the game.
