Sims 4 STILL Stuck at LOGO

I've posted about this, I don't know how many times. I've repaired the game MANY times, reinstalled it, looked through my cc and mods, and have movedall of my cc out then tried but it's still stuck at the logo screen. I honestly want to get my money back if I don't get this fixed in two weeks. Also, I've tried updating it just in case. I spent over $100 dollars on sims 4, gtw and outdoor retreat and have spent at least a week looking for cc and mods that I like/want. This is starting to 🐸🐸🐸🐸 me off to the point, where I want to call EA or Origin and yell at them. please help!!

I was looking through your past posts and I see that you still have not posted your DiaxDiag. You may get some answers. I'll link you back to where @rosemow gave you instructions. I know there is a thread where you pasted something, but it wasn't the diaxDiag for your computer which is what they need to see.

Move your whole mods folder to the desktop, instead of just the cc. Start the game and see if that helps.
If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the mods folder one by one or in batches and testing to see which is the cause of the problem.

If you still have problems, turn off origin in-game and see if that helps.

Try repairing the game and see if that helps. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
