Sims 4 not getting past LOGO

I think the problem may be cc, but I don't have any cc/mods that aren't either a .py, .pyo, or .package file. I deleted all my saves and my tray files and some of my cc but nothing works. help!

Remove all your cc/mods and see if that helps.
If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the mods folder one by one or in batches and testing to see which is the cause of the problem.

Shut down your computer completely. Start your computer again, then start the game and see if it will launch.

If you still have problems, turn off origin in-game and see if that helps.

Try repairing the game and see if that helps. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
