Sim looks different in game generated outfits?

I know this isn't a CC issue, because this has been happening to me since the game launched, before I used any CC.

When I created my sim in the beginning she used a certain hairstyle and eye color. Let's call them hairstyle A and eye color A.

I've since changed both features on her, to hair and eye color B.

However when she uses the sauna, bathtub, shower, or goes to work in a game generated outfit she looks as she did when I first created her (appearing with hair and eye color A) and not like her new self (hair and eye color b).

I don't know if this is a glitch because I used the cas.fulleditmode cheat to change her features or what. But it is EXTREMELY annoying.

Please help.

I believe it is because you used a cheat to change her appearance. You should try changing her appearance in the dresser instead of cas.fulleditmode and see if it continues.

It sounds like a glitch. It may have been because you used the cheat.

Perhaps try repairing the game and see if that helps.To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Also try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.
