Yes, although there are just two people living in the neighbourhood. The neighbouring neighbourhood on the other hand has a ton of neighbours, but those are not even nearly as welcoming as the ones in my neighbourhood!

YES! IMMEDIATELY! I mean, I could never turn into an alien, that's for sure. But being a vampire could really help me study that species, especially considering that I'd be immortal.
But then again, I would very likely have to talk to Zoe first. And she might not allow me to turn into a vampire before I don't create a serum with sun protection factor of infinity, so I can stay out in the sun with her (I think she would also want to be one if I am, because anything else would just put the two of us apart from eachother).

Kind of a mix of the two. The basement looks like a futuristic technology park because of the laboratory, but the rest of the house looks pretty much normal I'd say. Except for the occasional hover lamp for decoration.
Oh, and the room of the evil clones looks like it could fit into the Goths' house actually.
YES! I'd never even think of cheating on Zoe, and she wouldn't do that to me either. We have always have such an awesome time together and we've been together for pretty much our entire adulthoods, so I couldn't even imagine not living with her.
