I wanted a home i could start a single sim in that didnt look like they lived with nothing. I cam up with Newcrest Studio.

Built for Oak Alcove in Newcrest its a 20x15 the home cost 18,238. on the lot it was built for it cost 19,738 leaving only 262 simolians for your sim to start with. The home is playful and colorful. it has an alcove for an office with a computer and bookcase. the bedroom is behind a half-wall bathroom has a shower. I chose to do a counter/bar only instead of kitchen table it looks more upper class.

Newcrest Studio is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the windows beside the front porch. The layout of the home is very nice! It looks great how you have used the half wall to separate off the bedroom. The bar stool counter is nice for sims to sit at and enjoy eating their meals. It looks very nice how you have used the half wall to separate off a living room TV watching area from the study desk alcove. Sims will enjoy sitting at the table using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching TV. The white lamps are nice touches either sides of the TV. The green colour of the furnishings there looks nice, and the floor rugs add nice touches in the areas.
The home is very nice for Newcrest.
