custom music still won't play

I've been converting my music files to mp3. and 128kbps or less...When I go in the game music files, its blank. Or says the name and still won't play. I am unsure if other's are still having this issue. Am I doing anything wrong?

Thank you, It works now! I was trying to listen to the songs through the main menu. Plays on my radio's though. yay!
