More than 20 objects! :D (Perfect Patio SP)

I was counting the objects in the pictures and it seems that we will have more than 12 objects! 
1. hot tub (country)
2. 2x1 couch
3. 3x1 couch
4. 2x1 (backless) couch
5. bush in a pot
6. small tree
7. plant
8. BBQ
9. counters
10. highchairs
11. coffee table
12. candlelight
13. hot tub (modern)
14. bar
15. decorative frames
16. a new nightstand (?)
17. a new carpet (?)
18. 1x1 couch
19. chess piece (pawn)
20. chess piece (horse)
21. sculpture (I do not know what it is)

I think you're right. Luxury Party SP includes more than 40 new features in CAS (including makeup). I don't think this pack will include makeup.
About the hot tub, I think they are actually two different objects. As you can see, one is made of wood and the other is made of stone.

I did the exact same thing! Need a little more room and my house won't move due to an item not being able to move to household inventory :( no idea what it is either

I just put all the items into the inventory one by one and was able to move the house, how strange! Maybe it was an unfinished painting or something, I don't know if that can prevent it
if we assume there are 20 objects so that means $0.5 per object
if we assume there will be 30 objects that will be $0.33 per object
In both cases the pack is very worth it and gives us the value needed.

Are you logged in to Origin? If so, log out, log back in again and click on the 'i' (information) button on the Sims 4 base game thumbnail - it should take you to the various packs available, where you can buy the SP.
