Shopping Cart symbol suck over sim's head

I can't seem to find anything related to why this is happening. I've tried resetting the sim, taking her into cas and changing her clothes.. restarting the game.. but this symbol will not go away. (she is at home and is NOT shopping)

hmm strange! that is the checkout symbol, save & quite your game and then repair it. it should fix it

I'm trying that. I don't know why I always forget the repair option is there. Thanks!

that didn't seem to fix it.. i may try aging her up to see if that works?

Deleting the cache files may help.

If you are still having problems after doing this, reset your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game. Then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.
