Luxury Party completely ruined family relationships!

I was playing my sims' family and all was normal. I stopped the game to download the new pack and went back to my family. Now my sim's family relationships are completely messed up!

My sim, Daniel is now his Son in Law's brother. Daniel was created by me. He had no mother. It's showing his Son-in-Law's mother is now his mother and all of his son in law's siblings are now his siblings. So, Angela (Daniel's daughter) is now married to her uncle because the game decided to mess up all the family trees.

Since he's now her uncle they can't have relations anymore...

How the heck do I even fix this

I can try but it definitely did this after I installed the new pack which makes me think I'd have to uninstall the pack and then roll back.

Also, I read that using cas.fulleditmode can cause this glitch but I've not used that mod in this nor the son in law's family. Just noting that in case the gurus see this and think it's because of that.

I can try but it definitely did this after I installed the new pack which makes me think I'd have to uninstall the pack and then roll back.

You wouldn't need to uninstall the pack to roll back saves.

You can't uninstall one pack in Sims 4. If you do uninstall, you have to uninstall the base game and all the eps/game packs/stuff packs that you own.

I'm sorry to hear you dealing with that issue, I had a major issue last month with me losing all my family the game kept saying " newer version of The Sims 4 than is currently installed ' and I had forgotten to do a backup save but thank GOD I uploaded them on the gallery two weeks before that. I had read there was issues with the fulleditmode but that was when the sims 4 was first released.

So I used that cheat code for my family and it work just fine and I didn't have any issues with their relationship,.

My daughter had that bug. Next time go into your saved games and use one of the ones that says version 3 or 4 of your save and you remove the ver 3 or whatever so it just says .save and then go into your game and load. It will roll back for you. I've had to do it for her twice.

So...I went to roll back my game today and noticed that even though I save on several different files, none of my recent saves are in my saved folder...at all. None. I have nothing to roll back to! Just the autosave which btw, I've not played today and I just now loaded it but it says that I saved it at 4:30 today (when I wasn't home and no one was on my pc) so...
