I reached a point where I looked at my earlier starter builds and thought, "What if I make it look better? Maybe cheaper even?"
I tried doing that with the very first house I shared to the Gallery called
Modern Burrow. As you can see, it looks really meh, and I didn't even change the roof tiles.
This starter costs around 17k.
Then I reviewed the lot and realized that I used too many expensive and unnecessary materials (like expensive windows, too many lights, and too many garden stones), so I simplified some elements and made the front look more presentable. Adding a bit more color made it really pop out.
Now it costs only around 15k and looks way better than it was before. I'll be uploading it to the Gallery soon.
