Getting House Furnishing back

This may be a stupid questions and I apologize if I am posting it in the wrong place. I built a house and did not save it to my gallery. All the sims died of old age in the house and now all the furnishings including toilets etc are gone along with the basement and top two floors. Is there anyway to get them back? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Hello.
Go back to an earlier save game file of your game, then go into build mode on the lot and save the home to the gallery then.

I appreciate your help but how do I load a previous saved game? I looked in the EA folder and it only seems to show games saved today.

Check the link in my signature about rolling back saves. In your case, renumber the file too - don't just chop off the ".varX" ending. You don't want to accidentally save over your most recent save!

I was able to get it back by going back in time machine and pulling the files. Thanks for all the help. It is appreciated!
