The ability to just walk into a building and walk out 2 minutes later with a job, no terrifying interview or anything. Just walk in "Hey, I want a job" and get the response "Awesome, you start tomorrow"
Also the ease with which they get promotions and raises, being at the top of your career within a couple weeks.
Sometimes I'd really like to be able to kick something hard and have it not hurt my foot. Most days I'd be down with just the teleporting, though.
Oh! Also, the near-bottomless inventory pockets - so much bigger on the inside.

How easy it is to graduate college with a 4.0. I didn't do too badly myself, but it took WAY more effort than TS2 University would have you believe.
Also, how easy it is to get muscles and abs. I guess in exchange for having no free will, sims can master several skills because they don't need willpower to find the motivation to practice. Funny if you think about it.
And here I am, spending time on the internet on a Sunday evening.

Race Against the Clock: Can your elder sim turn back the clock before their time runs out?
Everyone having the ability to max out skills in everything. Especially music. Then again, apparently brass and woodwind instruments don't exist in The Sims universe (thank you for being so evil about this, EA) so I'm not sure I'd care anymore. *shamelessly bringing that up out of thin air*
Being able to carry a car in my pocket. No more parking at the far end of the parking lot which feels like it's like a 30 minute walk away from the mall (even some stand-alone stores). Just pull up to the entrance get out and pop the car in your pocket. I don't actually drive, but one day I will and it'd be handy.
For the time being free taxis, and the ability to have one always available. Taxis are expensive, and at least in my city and probably any reasonably large city very difficult if not impossible to get half the time, they're always busy.

Sometimes, story progression off.
Sometimes, purge townies.
Otherwise, do the thing where I can get a job super easy. Because this economy blows.
