The ability to completely redecorate and furnish a room in my house in under an hour!
I wish I could remove the door completely from family member's bedooms when they annoy me. Lol.

I wish I could just stretch a room when furniture doesn't quite fit.
Also the ease with which they get promotions and raises, being at the top of your career within a couple weeks.

Also, how easy it is to get muscles and abs. I guess in exchange for having no free will, sims can master several skills because they don't need willpower to find the motivation to practice. Funny if you think about it.
And here I am, spending time on the internet on a Sunday evening.

Being able to carry a car in my pocket. No more parking at the far end of the parking lot which feels like it's like a 30 minute walk away from the mall (even some stand-alone stores). Just pull up to the entrance get out and pop the car in your pocket. I don't actually drive, but one day I will and it'd be handy.
For the time being free taxis, and the ability to have one always available. Taxis are expensive, and at least in my city and probably any reasonably large city very difficult if not impossible to get half the time, they're always busy.
