Sims 4 Glitch!

Hello, i've been having this glitch for about 2 days now.. I thought maybe if i created a new household it would stop but it didn't.. I have no idea what to do and this is my first post on fourms so i really don't know what i am doing.. It would be great if you helped me out! Basically whats happening is the bottom left of my screen is gone and It says that i can't do anything with my sims because they are not here right now, but obviously they are right in front of my face.. I have no idea what to do if you can help me that would be great! Thanks so much.. -Madison :D

Hello.
If you have any CC or mods, remove them and see if that helps the issue. They may be conflicting with the game.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, log in to Origin, click on My Games, then right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair.

Also, deleting the localthumbcache.package that is in your Documents-Electronic Arts-Sims 4 folder may help.
If you continue to have problems, come back and we will try to help you work out the problems so that you can enjoy simming again
