Origin In-Game not working after newest patch.

No matter what I do, Origin will not launch in game. Dunno what to do.

Hello.
Have you perhaps deactivated the "Enable Origin in-game" setting?
This is a link to information about it. There should be a tick in the box

It's all ticked as it was before the update. Tried repairing Origin and that didn't help. I'm thinking it's the patch.

So in uninstalled and reinstalled both Origin and Sims 4... Still no Origin In-Game. It's gotta be a bug from the new patch.

I had to manually uninnstall origin and reinstall the version on the internet. Did you try that? You can check on EA site help they have the steps.

this worked for me as well when origin wouldn't open after i DLed the newest origin patch. try also to move your my documents/electronic arts/sim 4 folder to the desktop. if this works you can move old files to new but test for problems.
