I am SOO excited for the NEW DINE OUT Pack!
I've tried to wait before I built my restaurants, but I couldn't wait any longer! I did Try LOL!
SO Here are TWO of MY Restaurant - Work In Progress NO CC OR MODS.

The furnishing of your apartment room looks very nice! The wooden flooring gives a nice look to the room areas. The layout of the room looks great! Nice white colour scheme of the room. Very nice design of the kitchen area ! The cabinets look nice placed above the windows and the plants and bowls look great placed on top of them! The oval island stove and bar stool counter looks great! The plates are nice touches on the counter and the drinks bucket looks great there.The corner shelving nook area looks great! The plants on the dining table are nice for sims to see when eating their meal. They will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar after their meal. It looks great that the chess table is angled. They will have fun playing chess there. Very nice sofa seats sitting nook for sims to enjoy relaxing in front of the fire watching tv. The fruit bowl is nice on the coffee table .The plants are a nice touch on the fireplace ledge. The ledging under and beside the fireplace and above the study desk looks great! The statues, plants and books are nice touches on the ledges. The large clock looks great on the wall! The laundry nook is creatively desined with the washing machine and dryer!
The room is very nice
Your restaurant WIPS are looking very nice! Very nice design of the exteriors of them! The aquarium windows in the Asian build looks very nice! Very nice outside dining patio in the second build! The mooing work on the end of one of the dining tables and for item where the cake display items are looks very nice and creative ! I will look forward to seeing the finished builds!

I LOVE the modern asian themed restaurant! I was actually thinking about doing something
on the asian side myself (I usually go for the whole zen theme). This looks stunning

Congratulations on coming first in the Johnny's Modern Challenge ! That is great! Very nice exterior of the home! The modern design of the exterior and outdoors areas looks great! The structures on the front right hand side corner of the build looks great! The separate hedging pieces along the front of the build looks nice. Very nice backyard areas! The chess board garden section looks great! Very nice hot tub nook for sims to enjoy relaxing in the tub . The furnishing of the dance floor and bar area looks very nice! Sims will have fun dancing on the dance floor to the music from the DJ booth or enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar or from the drinks tray. The drinks display items and bottles look grist how they are placed on the wall and in the nooks! The black colour scheme of the furnishings in the master bedroom looks nice. The brick texture of the bedhead wall gives a great look to the room.
Cupcakery Cafe is very nice! Very nice design of the exterior! The slanted roofing looks very nice, and very nice colours of the exterior.The triangle of flowers in the front area of the cafe looks pretty! The cupcake sign on the exterior is a nice touch. Very nice outdoors dining area! It looks very nice how the tables and chairs are set up there. Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered tables in the outdoors air eating food that they have bought at the cafe. The flowers look very nice bordering the outdoors patio! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the cafe! Very nice espresso bar counter area for sims to enjoy ordering food and drinks from the espresso bar , and enjoy eating and drinking them at the tables. The yellow flowers look sunny and pretty on the tables! The sims will enjoy having food from the glass display case also. The menu board, cupcake picture and coffee cup picture are nice touches on the walls. Nice windows dining nook for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows at what is happening outdoors whilst sitting on the stools eating and drinking.
The cafe and the home are very nice!

Challenge 8 is Awesome! Love the layout and decor choices for the interior.

Your two restaurant wips look very cool! I think I'm probably the only one who hasn't started a restaurant yet... I'm looking forward to all the new items that come with the pack but I really don't play... only to play test. Ah well. Maybe I'll get inspired if I take a look on line for something.

Thank you so much for taking out the time to catch up on my thread @WrathofCath ! It is much appreciated! I thank you for all of your ind comments! MOD BABY is in my Sims New Home but isn't being put to use LOL. Challenge 8 was a challenge for sure. I hadn't realized how dependent I've gotten and using all the packs that I have so with them being limited I had to start over a LOT LOL.

I'm looking forward to all of the new items too! I saw that fish tank and was sold just off of that then I watched slowed down version and saw soo many things that I already have big plans for LOL. I'm worse than my kids on Christmas right now LOL. I really just got into gameplay on a more regular basis since I've been back. I had to start my game all over and hadn't saved everything to the gallery so it gave me a chance to really get my worlds how I want them for gameplay instead of a ton of random build houses everywhere LOL. Still a lot of work to do, but it's getting there LOL.

Garden Essence

I decided to Challenge Myself and create an exterior to my Interior Design Challenge 8 Apartment Shell
I've added 2 more bedrooms, and bathroom, and a reading nook to the Original Shell
NO CC or MODS MOO and DEBUG Items Used

The exterior design of Garden Essence looks very nice! The slanted roofing looks great ! The rocks, plants and pond feature in the left corner section of the build looks very nice. The roof covered nook alcove with the plants, flower bed and front window looks very nice! Nice upper back balcony for sims to enjoy siting on the seats there looking out at the views. The wall texture there looks nice. Very nice backyard areas! It is great that there is a pond for sims to enjoy fishing in. The glass tiling roofing over the outdoors kitchen area looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchairs having a meal that they have cooked on the BBQ or enjoying a drink from the bar. They will have fun swimming in the pool. The pool lights look nice in a row on the edge of the pool.
The home is very nice!

I'm pleased at how it turned out since I normally work from the outside in @rosemow. I'm happy you like it. Thus is the second build I've done that I created the exterior based on rooms. The other being my Sims current home which I haven't uploaded to the gallery.
