My post needs approval?

I just posted a new lot with pictures and received a message that my post would be submitted upon approval. Ummm...what? I've been here for years and have never had that happen. What is that about?

This has been happening to many simmers. If you write some text, post it and then come back to edit in the pictures, the post should then appear. The post that says it needs approval nevers appears though.
