Modern Starter is a very nice home! @Rykel Very nice modern design of the exterior of the building. The plants, trees and green hedging look very nice in the front and back gardens. Very nice feature in the front area of the build with the rocks lining the edges of it. The design of the interior looks nice. The blue colour of the bedhead wall gives a great look to the bedroom. The glass doors clothes and shoes racks closet looks great!
Sims would enjoy starting their lives there
White Zen Starter is very nice! @EnderGamer87 The patterned glass roofing looks very nice! The spandrels on the front and back porch is a nice touch, and the flowers look pretty in the front garden. Very nice open plan layout of the interior. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv. The floor tiling in the kitchen add a nice look to the area. The white colour scheme of the home is calming.

Are those pics inside the sunny lego house cc? If not, how did you do them?
Hello @elanorbreton the Pictures are from the Gallery and created by @Anna_Vel_annA post her name in the Gallery search and you will see she has many picture sets to download. I like to use the 'Print' pictures rather than the 'painting' pictures, as they are only $10 each (perfect for starters) where a painting can be for thousands!
@ModernxArchitect wow 7 great starters and they are all so good I cannot pick one favourite : ) @Illusie Nuestro Abrigo is such a sweet home and perfect for the hot desert terrain, it looks so nice outside and inside : ) @Wooldrop 20k Starter Home is a great shape thanks to the A frame, I have never done one myself, it looks so lovely inside, warm and natural tones, I like it very much : ) @Rykel I love your Modern Starter, the front and back gardens are very attractive and so is the house design. I like how you used a club door, I must remember to use them : ) thanks for the reminder ; ) @EnderGamer97 White Zen Starter Home is very attractive with the lovely front entrance and stunning Glass roof that looks amazing from the inside. Its great you managed to use some quality more pricey items like the kitchen units, cooker and double bed. Very nice home.
Wow - a couple of new great starters I really do love.
Felt like a starter today - the new glassroofs are tempiting, cheap and I love to push the new feaure to its limits.
Everything is playtested and works fine.

Thanks for the info, and great new desert home!
@jhgkjhgkjh lovely little snowy starter. I guess you use prints in your homes too
@jhgkjhgkjh lovely little snowy starter. I guess you use prints in your homes too
Thanks!
And yes, I use photos in my house. I have a highskilled Test-Sim I send through all the worlds to take pictures for my builds. I love the landscaping in Sims 4 and the beautiful surroundings of the worlds, expecially Brindelton Bay, Oasis Springs and Granite Falls.
I hardly ever downloads paintings or prints from anyone in the gallery. Not because they are not beautiful or nice, but because I love the photography skill and I like that in real life, too.

What a lovely personal touch! That extra effort pays off, though, because it looks great.
A Snowy Starter is very nice! @jhgkjhgkjh Very nice layout and design of the build! The glass roofing and glass windows look
great! Very nice white colour scheme of the build. The lights look very pretty on the roofing eaves! The photos are a nice touch on the wall beside the staircase. Very nice light filled area for sims to enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv, andl watching tv. The photos add a nice look to the bedroom. Nice outdoors table and chairs area
It is a very nice home!
I have posted about your very nice Arabian Adventure starter home on your showcase thread LuckyHeather
I hope you are all having a nice weekend everyone
Btw in my Studio I do have some shared Photographs taken in the Jungle and Paintings my Sims have done including Garage door murals if you are interested.
I do use a lot of pictures from others in the Gallery, from tiya33, NaJoPau, SurfChicCreation, Eveana, EevamM and Anna-Vel-annA mostly.
Thanks @rosemow for the great comments here and in my thread
Wood Cabin Starter is a very nice starter! @EnderGamer87 The wooden texture of the exterior gives a warming look to the home. The water fountains feature looks very pretty! It is great that there are double steps for the entrance and backyard porches. The hedging bordering the lot edges looks very nice. Sims will enjoy watching tv with sunlight coming in through the windows.
It is a very nice cabin home
It has an original style to the outside, would look great in San Myshuno as well as elsewhere!
Aw thanks, have to admit I definitely prefer designing the outside of houses compared to the insides. I have a lot of other builds too, though I think I'll have to make a few more of these starter homes as I enjoyed this so much, here's my house showcase. (Ha love some self promo)
The design of Black and White Starter is very nice! Glitterbu The black and white colour of exterior looks very effective! The flowers are a nice touch along the front edges of the home. Very nice layout of the levels of the home. The white and pink colour scheme look pretty. The string of footwear lights are a nice touch on the bedhead wall.
It is a great starter home!
@luckyheather Great arabian starter! It really feels like an oasis in the hot desert sun. I am always amazed, what others can do with the budget.
Another Fav in the gallery. @Glitterbu Very different starter! I love the curb appeal and the shape of the build - the interior design works very well with the outside appeal. Love it and I will fav it in the gallery next time I play. @EnderGamer87 Wow, that is a lot of wood going on there. Great rustic and homey feel! And this house is huge on the small budget. Love it!
and thanks @rosemow for your kind words! Your reviews are always appreciated.
I am still crazy about the glassroofs.
Another starter...

Cost: 17.500 without lot
but it comes with a tv, an easel and two planting pots
Oh, I felt like an open concept modern build. It is a starter, but if you need more room, you can always close of the loft area over the living room and add another bedroom. So, it is a growing starter...
