Lighthouse Starter is a lovely home for a student! @luckyheather Very creative exterior design! The lighthouse tower is great! The ship’s wheel on the exterior, fisherman statue, fish traps and the lighthouses open gate suit the home type and location very well!
I have posted about your home on your showcase thread.
I redid Darkwing House. In my game, Darkwing House was the elegant Georgian town home of Byron Britechester, a wealthy 18th century philantropist who endowed the land and many of the buildings at Britechester University. After he died, the home was renovated into the most sought after university housing at Britechester. The renovated Darkwing House has 4 bedrooms (and can house 8 students). 4 bathroms, a large great room for eating, watching TV, playing pingpong, darts, foosball, don't wake the llama and the former music room has been turned in to a lovely library/study and a hobby room in the basement with gym, robotics station and other skill/recreation objects. There's a pool in the back too.
Darkwing House Redo is a very lovely students dorm home! @lsnishi Very elegant and stately exterior! The windows used, flower boxes and the flower garden beds are very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior! The soft and warm brown and white colour scheme is lovely! Very nice open plan great room for the students to enjoy dining, playing games and relaxing on the sofas near the fire watching tv and listening to music from the Linz speaker. Very nice library and study! Sims will enjoy doing their uni studies on the computers on the study desks. Very nice furnishing, colour scheme and wall paneling in the bedrooms. The study desk areas are very nice.
Students will enjoy living there whilst attending University
@lsnishi I dig the setup, cold colors such as black, grey, and white are not my fav though. I love deep, warm and rich colors, with lots of redwood. Nice job regardless!
Relaxing Spa Day is a very lovely and calming spa room! @chips46 Very nice design, layout and furnishings! Very pretty and restful blue and white colour scheme and the patterned flooring is lovely!
I have posted about your lovely restful spa room on the challenge thread.
This is something I've been planning and working on for a while now. Built on a 64 x64 because I wanted as much room as possible to play with. I have a large collection of minatures for a Christmas Village, that I just don't have the room to build in completetion anymore. So, I wanted to do some of it here, and made a park, for the whole family.

Christmas Park is such a very beautiful Christmas themed park! @Taoron Each area is very lovely! There are so many activities to do! The exterior designs of the buildings are very nice! Very lovely Church and the homes and clock tower are very great! The train delivering presents and the train track looks great! Very nice skating rink area and the Christmas trees are pretty! Very nice play areas for kids to have fun. Sims will enjoy eating and drinking food and drinks from the food stalls. It is great that the telescope is there.
It is a very detailed and special Christmas Village Park build!
