Frugal Beginnings is a small 20x15 single floor home which comes equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area and open plan living space, as well as a small deck with some seating at the front of the house.

The home follows a simple layout and comes furnished and decorated to a modest standard

Frugal Beginnings is a very nice home! The blue colour of the exterior looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the hedge fencing around the sides of the home and on the edges of the front deck of the home. The orange flowers in front of the front deck looks pretty for sims to see when coming to the home. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats on the deck, enjoying being out in the sunshine. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. Nice corner areas in the living room for sims to enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv or sit at the study desk nook area enjoying using the computer or having a read of a book. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. Very nice dining table alcove. Nice types of dining seats and table you have used there. The fruit bowl on the table and fruit pictures on the wall are nice touches in the room and nice for sims to see when dining there. Great design of the kitchen! Nice placement of the kitchen cabinets and counters. The kitchen wall pattern is nice. Nice tiling on the walls and floors of the bathroom. The layout of and colours that you have used for the two bedrooms looks very nice. The clothes shelf on the wall is a great homely touch in the bedrooms.
