Here I´m going to share my buildings and more pics and information of them.


"MODERN STARTER"

I´ve made my first lot for TS4. It´s a simple starter house in a modern style. It´s got a bedroom with a double bed and a desk with a computer, a bathroom and an open concept kitchen. It´s perfect for a single sim or a couple, new in town.
It can be extended easily by adding an upper floor.

Modern Starter is a very nice home! Great exterior of it. It looks nice how you have done the windows. Nice outdoors patio area for sims to enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table enjoying being out in the sunshine. The water fountain feature at the front of the home looks nice. The flowers along the edge of the back of the home look vey nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The coat and hat stand is a great touch beside the front door and the pattern on the floor near the front door looks very nice! Very nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa watching tv, reading a book from the bookshelf and listening to music from the music player. It looks very nice how you have used red for the furnishings through the home. Very nice kitchen area! The curved island bar stool counter is great! Nice type of and colour of the ceiling light that you have placed over the counter. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming through the kitchen windows whilst cooking meals there. Great study desk alcove nook in the bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting using a computer or reading a book at the desk table.
It is a great starter home!

I can´t remember the exact cost (anyway the cost appears with the information about the house on The Gallery)
I put my sim in a new game and she was left with about 176$. I hope that helps
