Wow the concept art is beautiful... we can only hope they deliver this to us in future EPs! I love the house with the hot tub and the city in the background. That's tough!!!
I'm 97% sure that the majority of those images are concepts for Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. I remember seeing a few of them months back. The beach houses MAY be something they're working on, but I think it's much more likely that they were a concept they played around with in development before learning that swimming is currently not possible plus time limitations. Same with the hot tub in the Oasis Springs house concept.
I HOPE that those beach houses, and a lot of things from these concepts (especially those tudors!) make it into the game, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Most of them are. But there are a few that were for a third world (that we haven't got yet) and they have early sketches of a fourth (the one with the beach)
You won't though, and you know it. Most things like that are patched free into the game.
Yeah, I know, they were actually pretty decent with stuff they patched in for free during TS3. I was surprised. I'm just a being little cynical, is all. :P
Can be hard not to be given some of the way things have been handled. Or the price points they command to obtain.
Those are not beach shacks--they're bayou shacks. The first image is also not a beach town--it's a Mediterranean village. One thing I will agree on is that the artwork is splendid.

Simply GORGEOUS!!! If this is any indication of the new towns they have planned to add via EP's and DLC...then even a semi-loaded TS4 is going to freakin' ROCK!! XD
I cannot wait to find out what EP we around to get next or even the next SP....we need more clutter objects and windows and all kinds of new stuff for our houses. CANNOT WAIT!
The designer for The Sims 4 usually has his portfolio on private, but we're able to see all his work for the Sims
Some sites were able to grab these images before he made it private, but they didn't know if they were for The Sims 4 or not.
Now we know. Are you excited? [We already have some of the content].
