Clad Family Home is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the home! The colour and texture of the exterior looks nice. The roof over the front entrance is a nice touch. Ver nice seat bench sitting areas in the front garden areas! Sims will enjoy sitting there in the sunshine looking at the nice flowers that are around the base of the trees and the floral feature areas. The bird bath is a nice touch there in the left hand side of the front outdoors. The backyard area is very nice! The furnishing of the area looks great! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The enlarged and varied sized candles look very nice there! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ there and sitting on the seating dining in the outdoors air. The hampers look great there! Very nice treehouse! The animals look cute on the treehouse balcony! Nice fire pit area. Sims will enjoy sitting around the fire toasting food and chatting. Very nice umbrella covered loungers for sims to relax in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there, in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The layout of the home is very nice! Very nice floor patterning in the master bedroom! The wall patterns in the kids bedrooms look very nice. The unicorn and heart teddy look very cute in the bedrooms! Very nice double computers study desk area! It is nice that two sims can enjoy using the computers together at the same time. The living room is very nice! The flooring patterning is very nice there! It looks nice how you have placed bookcases either sides of the TV. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs or sofa, having a read or watching TV. The side table with the books and plants on it looks great! Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen and dining area! It looks nice how you have placed ottoman stools on the edges of the table. Sims will enjoy sitting there having a drink from the bar as well as eating a meal. The mugs rack, bottles,and drinks bucket are nice kitchen touches there, and the flowers on the table are a pretty sight for sims to enjoy looking at.

Beautiful homes! I love the design of the gallant! Love the patio area too. The interiors of the family home looks gorgeous! I especially love the kitchen and the living area. Clever use of the pool light to create a washing machine.
The exterior design of the Gallant is very nice! The open shutter windows and the white colour of the exterior looks nice. Very nice roofing in the front entrance area of the home! The plants pots look great on the porch railings! Nice front porch and upper balcony.The chimney looks very nice! The plants look nice placed either sides of the front door, and the flowers are nice touches in the front of the front porch. The arch is a nice entrance to the build near the mailbox. Very nice backyard patio area! The gazebo is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches there, enjoy the outdoors air and the nice sight of the water fountain. Nice loungers and tables and chairs sitting nooks for sims to enjoy resting and chatting in the sunshine. They will enjoy playing chess outdoors in the games alcove. The flowers look nice lining the edges of the back patio. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The floor patterning in the kitchen, living room and bar/family room looks so very nice! Very nice design of the kitchen! Nice bar stool counter for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. The grey patterned kitchen wall looks nice. Very nice living room! The bookcase looks great how you have placed it behind the fireplace. The books, camera and typewriter are nice touches on the tables, ledge and floor in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting there watching TV. The filing cabinet looks great there. Very nice window dining alcove for sims to enjoy dining at the table. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the table. Very nice furnishing of the bedroom! The bedhead alcove is very nice! The tray over the top of the bed with the newspaper, teaset and rose on it looks great ! The shoes rack looks homely near the door. Sims will enjoy reading a book whilst in bed. The clothes nook area is very nice. Very nice study room! Nice window study desk area for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst sitting at the desk table using the computer. The bookcase nook looks great there with the books placed on top of the bookcase ledge as well. The wall patterning gives a great look to the room. Very nice bar room! The sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there, having a drink from the bar and listening to music from the stereo. The circles patterned floor rug looks nice there.

Mod Place is very nice! The design and layout of the home is very nice! It looks very nice how you have front steps up to the entrance patio and the wraparound porch looks nice. Very nice upper hot tub patio! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or resting on the loungers in the sunshine. It looks nice how you have used the perfect patio wall items there. It looks great how the patio is the roofing for the open car port. The trellis edging on the car port and the front of the home looks very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! Very nice floor patterning! The island counter is great. Very nice kitchen wall nook area! It looks nice how you have placed the drinks display shelves and hanging pans on the wall, the cereal box on the fridge, and the jars on the wall shelf. The kitchen blinds look nice placed either sides of the glass window, for sims to enjoy looking out at the outdoors views through the window whilst cooking meals. Very nice dining area! It looks very nice how you have created the dining table and placed the different coloured chairs around the edges of it. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the top of the table. City Spa is such a very nice build! The exterior design of the building and the layout of the build looks so very nice! There are so many very nice features and details in the build! Each of the areas of the build, both indoors and outside looks so very nice! The floors patterning in the areas and rooms of the build look so very nice! The types of windows look very nice how you have placed them in the build. Very nice chess garden area! Sims will have fun playing chess there, and enjoy the nice plants and flowers on the edges of the chess nook area. The front outdoors courtyard areas are very nice! The flowers on the raised gardening platforms look very nice how you have placed them there! The bus shelters are very nice! Very nice outdoors sitting areas! The notice board area with the roof decor structure on top of it and the seats around it looks very nice! The clock look great there. The furnishing of the indoors areas is so nice! Very nice front desk reception area! The wall decor behind the desk looks very nice how you have placed them there. The lotus flowers floor rug is pretty, and the plants in the desk add to the nice look for the area. The fish in the aquarium are restful for sims to look at, Very nice sauna room. The greenery on the wall gives a nice natural feel to the room. It looks very nice how you have set up the tables and chairs for sims to enjoy sitting at and have a drink from the bar or a meal . The pots of flowers are nice touches on the tables. Sims will enjoy having a relaxing mud bath or soak in the bathing room. It is nice that the tub is beside the window for sims to enjoy sunshine coming in when in the tub. The wall tiling is nice. Very nice hot tub room. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub, or enjoy sitting chatting on the,white armchairs. The water fountain is a nice touch in the corner of the room. Very nice massage table room. The archway alcove with the items on the shelves looks very nice! Nice windows alcove area where the massage chair is. Sims will enjoy having a relaxing foot and hand massage whilst looking out at the views. It is great that there is a gym area for sims to use the fitness equipment to do training and keep fit. The candles look very pretty on the yoga room floor! They are calming for sims to see whilst doing yoga on the mats there.
It is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting!
