Nice! The name really suits such a sunny build.

Sunny Side Up is a very nice home! The roofing is great! Nice colours that you have used for the exterior of the house. Very nice outdoors living patio! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats at the umbrella covered table enjoying the sunshine or having a drink from the bar counter. The texture of the patio flooring is nice. Great water fountain features. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The yellow colour scheme of the walls and furnishings through the home looks very nice. Very nice living room for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv, and the sunflowers on the table are nice and sunny for sims to see whilst sitting there. Nice dining room. The glass dining table is nice for sims to sit and enjoy eating their meals at. The floor pattern in the bathroom looks nice. Great study desk corner nook in the bedroom for sims to enjoy using the computer at the table.
