According to this, the L shaped stairs are premium content and cannot be bought individually. Just curious...For those that got the set and have played around with the stairs, what additional gameplay does it add :?:
They have to be bundled as PC because they have new animations and scripting (not from base game.)

Always good of you to let us know why things are the way they are. It is much appreciated by us.

Beautiful set, and the Old Mill lots by SimGuruKitty are simply breathtaking! Beautiful. I'm not wild about formal venues, but I really like seeing lots using the new sets.
Catdog123 - love the tea party pic I'd never even thought about the India hairstyle used that way. Beautiful Sims you've made there.
Lovely -- but that odd-sized lot is going to make it hard to place in Hidden Springs. :? I'll be waiting for some nice builds, unless I can actually figure out how to put things together.

The one with the Indian hairstyle is my favorite elder sim.

Was a bit surprised by the lot size as well. Guess ill be digging up my sunset valley 2 save and demolishing the country club lot.
The lot size is unusual because it was created on a lot in Sunset Valley from the get go. However, if you wish to use it elsewhere you can place it anywhere you can find a slightly larger lot (I tried it out in a few worlds that had unusal lots sizes as well as on standard 50x50 and 64x64). If you move it to a larger size, you will have to clean up the terrain paint as it tends to shift.

Edit: Life fruit wasn't allowed either. Guessing plasma fruit wont be either but that would be a nice food option for vamps.

I installed it, but it doesn't show up in the game - either as a community lot or home lot.
That's because it's a set, not a venue. However, the lot that was built to showcase this set will be uploaded to the exchange later today.
