Green Acres Farm -Finally Complete!

This farm is the largest, most extensive lot I've ever built! It was a huge undertaking and took me several months to complete. (Though I'm sure a master builder could have done it in half the time... ) I built this lot in response to SimGuruCopeland and Platinum Simmers Tractor Challenge. The challenge was to build tractor tracks on a foundation instead of just on the ground. I took the challenge and raised it two. I built the tractor tracks on both regular ground and foundation "bridges." I also built the track around/under the house. Sims can enter and exit the house while the tractor is in use!

Details: There are three buildings on the lot including the Main House, Guest House and Playhouse. There are a total of 5 bedrooms (not including a nursery designed for triplets) and 6 bathrooms between the Main House and Guest House. The Main house also features a large living room, cozy family rook, moderate kitchen, formal dining, large deck, laundry room, spellcasting attic and science research room. The Guest House features a car body shop, skill room, casino, and nectar cellar. The playhouse easily fits 3 children at one time. As long as your not sending them all in or out of the space at once, it could probably hold more.

*Do NOT use TestingCheats while playing. I believe it conflicts with the CFE cheat I used to build the lot, but I'm not sure.

Green Acres Farm is a very nice highly detailed build! It looks great the exterior of the buildings, the outdoors areas and the very nice furnishing of the interior! Great layout of the outdoors areas! It looks great how you have done the tractor track! The way you have done the flowers, plants and trees through the outdoors areas looks so very nice! It looks great how you have done the pond! Very nice exterior of the main house! It looks great how you have done the windows. The gated front entrances to the build looks great! Very nice greenery and flower covered trellis front patio. The front steps entrance to the front door looks great. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed and the armchairs there around the fireplace for sims to enjoy relaxing there chatting whilst the fire warm them up. It looks nice how you have placed the Olive bushes either side of the fireplace , which are nice natural sights for sims to see as they are sitting there. The green of the plants look nice with the green of the curtains and the seating. It looks very nice how you have done the curtains. The sunflowers and pink flowers beside the chairs look nice there. Sims will,enjoy sitting on the seats there listening to the grand piano being played. Very nice flower and plants window nook areas near the door on the side of the room! The sculpture and flowers alcove looks nice, The branch lights and covered over entrance area to the living room looks great! Great design of the kitchen! Sims will enjoy using the bakery oven there. Great sink nook. The pink rose on the counter is nice for sims to see when using the sink. It looks great how you have placed the pans shelf over the oven. The cookie jar on the counter is a great kitchen touch. The hanging pot plant near the curtain and the vase of flowers on the window sill are nice for sims to see when cooking meals there. Great type of kitchen counters that you have used to suit the farm theme of the build. It looks great how you have done the kitchen curtains, The pattern on the kitchen wall looks great. Very nice dining room! The two types of dining seats look nice and suits a farm build well. It looks great how you have alternated the types of seats around the table. The floral themed and pink cushion on one type of them looks nice.Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo whilst dining there. It is great that you have placed nectar racks in the dining room for sims to enjoy having a drink of nectar whilst eating their meal. Great alcove section where you have placed the breadsticks and pie. It is great that you have set up a table specifically to hold feast party food! The green banner on the wall there looks great, Very nice nursery! It looks so very nice how you have done the cot alcove area! The flowery greenery that you have placed over the front exterior of it looks very nice! It looks nice that you have placed a rose on the cot ledge. Great bird themed bookcase corner nook. The tree print looks nice on the wall. It looks great that you have placed birds on top of the trees, which look like birds are flying through the trees. The children's bedroom is nice. The type of windows that you have used in the kitchen, dining and children's room look very nice. It looks great how you created a study desk area under the bunk bed,. The animal type study seat is cute! Young sims will like using the computer or doing homework there. Great spell casting attic! It looks great that you have used the new cobwebs there! It looks great how you have placed the various magic items in the room. Sims will like looking out the window whilst having their fortune told. It is a great place for sims to have fun brewing up elixirs on the alchemy station. It looks great how you have done the cabinet of insects! Great exterior of the playhouse ! It looks great how you have done the swings there! Child Sims will enjoy playing on the playground equipment there! It is great that you have placed the hopscotch court there tool They will have great fun in their own playhouse! The green open shutter windows that you have used there look great. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the playhouse! The texture and wall paneling of the interior looks nice. The toys on the shelves and on the floor look cute! It looks great that you have placed the cute owl seat there! Young sims will have to be careful if they eat a jelly bean from the plant! Sims will have fun playing with the toys. Nice floor mat that you have placed there. Great layout of the areas and levels of the guest house! It is great that you have a section where sims can work on an old car! Sims will have fun playing gambling games in the casino area. The type of seats that you have placed around the gaming table looks nice. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo whilst playing the games. Great basement nectar cellar! Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar there . The picture on the wall behind the bar looks very nice. It looks great how you have placed barrels in the area beside the bar counter . The bottle and glasses on the counter is a great touch. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables there having a drink from a nectar bottle. Sims will enjoy making their own nectars using the nectar machines and storing them in the shelves .Great layout of all the areas of the levels of the main home! The main entrance to the house is very nice! Sims will enjoy resting in the rocking chairs that you have placed there, enjoying the outdoors air.The water fountain there looks nice. Great outdoors areas! Sims will have fun playing with the chickens or collecting eggs, or milking the cows,The landscaping looks very nice! it looks very nice how you have done the flowers and rocks! Very nice area with how you have placed the tall trees , the sculpture and the flowers surrounding the sculpture. The placement of the sculptures amidst the flowers in the different areas adds a great look ! Very nice pool and hot tub area. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the loungers under the canopy, enjoying the outdoors air. It looks very nice how you have done the corner of flowers there, making it a nice sight for sims to see when relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice gate front entrance to the build. It looks very nice how you have done the flowers either side of the gate.Very nice swimming pool area! It looks very nice how you have placed the rock waterfall fountain there for sims to see when swimming there.It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers around the sides and back of the rocks. Great outdoors deck!. The dancing sunflowers look great there. It looks very nice how you have done the plants, branch lights, sculpture head and flowers alcove in the family/ study room! Sims will enjoy looking at this very nice sight whilst sitting using the computer at the corner study desk table. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there. Very nice comfortable sofa and armchair seating that you have placed there for sims to enjoy sitting and relaxing on, watching tv and listening to music from the radio. They will have fun playing chess. Great massage table area in the upper hallway for sims to enjoy having a relaxing massage. Very nice furnishing of the master bedroom! Nice shades of green that you have used there. It looks very nice how you have done the fireplace section there! Sims will enjoy using such a variety of skill items throughout the home! I have been enjoying looking at the slideshow of your build and there are so many great features throughout the whole build! I will stop posting now about all the details because there are so many! I have enjoyed looking at the pictures though! It is a very highly detailed, very nice furnished, and well designed build right throughout! It would have involved many hours of work!
