My second entry to the Mad March contest :)

Elizabeth's main goal in life was to have a huge house on the beach - and to be able to enjoy it - to her this means no job and no household duties. To achieve this goal, Elizabeth won over Peter, a rich businessman.


To say that Peter is a workaholic is almost an understatement. He hired a butler (Elizabeth's request) to take care of their children, clean the house, cool the meals, etc. Peter is hardly ever home, and when he is home he locks himself away in his office, working even more.



Peter and Elizabeth's first child, Coraline, was born soon after they were married. Coraline is a bit of a rebel, she disagrees with her mother's choices, and is looking forward to being old enough to attend university. That will get her out of the house. She helps out with Timothy and Norah, not wanting them to be raised by the butler.


Timothy is a shy little boy, he spends a lot of time in his room with his train set, and dressing up in different costumes. He has a vivid imagination.


Norah is just a toddler. She's a happy little lady, and she's closest to Coraline. Coraline always showers her with as much love and attention as she can. She's who has taught Norah how to talk, how to walk, and is now working on potty training!

What will happen with this disfunctional family? Will Coraline end up postponing university to continue raising Timothy and Norah? Maybe someday Elizabeth will change? Will Peter decide that his family is much more important than his work?

There is never a dull moment in this family! Their future is in your hands now

Great creating of each of the sims in the Richards household. It is great the background details that you have written for each sims member of the household , and for the family household overall. Very nice photos that you have taken of each of the sims. The clothes that they are wearing suit them and their background details. Norah is very cute!
Summer Dreams is a very nice home. Very nice exterior of it. Great layout of the buiild. It looks very nice how you have done the flowers, plants, and trees through the outdoors areas. Great covered over front porch. Very nice gazebo area for sims to enjoy relaxing on the loungers there enjoying the sunshine. Very nice outdoors patio area where sims can rest on the seats there and look out at the nice floral surroundings views. Great outdoors kitchen area there for sims to cook meals on the BBQ and enjoy dining at the table in the outdoors air. The lemonade jug and knives on the counter are great touches. The bar stool counter looks great. Very nice pool area! Great paving there. Sims will enjoy sitting around the fire pit chatting or toasting food. The rock water fountain on the side of the pool looks nice. Sims will have fun entering the pool using the water slide. Very nice covered over hot tub area! It looks nice how you have done the flowers and rocks on the edge of the tub, and the greenery covered trellis roofing. It is looks a calm relaxing place for sims to enjoy resting in the tub with nice surroundings. Great outdoors shower nook nearby. The rock texture of the walls and the greenery that you have placed on the wall looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Great front entrance area. The plants there are nice for sims to see when entering or leaving the home. Very nice living room. . Great angled corner piano nook! It looks great how you have created the piano! The flowers and plants either side of the piano are nice for sims to see when playing the piano there. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa and arm chairs in front of the fireplace kept warm, and have a chat or listen to the music being played. The leaves pictures on the wall above the fireplace are nice for sims to see when sitting there. Nice shade of green that you have used for the walls.Great family room area where sims can enjoy playing billiards or have a drink from the bar. The hanging fish decor and the nautical wall decor suit the beach location of the home. Nice sitting area near the fishtank where sims can restfully enjoy watching the fish whilst they sit and relax there. Nice furnishing of the bedrooms. The blue shade you used in one of the double bedrooms looks nice. Nice armchairs sitting there for sims to rest and have a read. The flowers that you have placed on the table inbetween the armchairs and on the dresser are nice for sims to see. The shell shaped lamps suit the theme of the build. Great art studio area. Sims will enjoy doing sketching on the drafting table and sculpting objects on the sculpting station. Great painting nook alcove for sims to enjoy painting masterpieces on the easel. Nice patterning of the curtains in art area. Great layout and shapes of the areas and rooms through the interior of the house. Great kitchen pantry alcove and nectar cellar areas! Very nice design of the kitchen! The curved island counter looks great! The blue edging on the counter looks great. Nice shade of colour that you have used for the kitchen furnishings . The fruit bowl on the counter is a nice touch. The touches of red that you have used for the kitchen appliances gives a great look. Great placement of the kitchen overhead cabinets,plates shelves and display cabinet.The stove alcove looks great! Very nice eat in dining nook. The blue colouring of the seats , and the floor mat underneath the table look nice . The plants wall decor is nice for sims to see when eating there. Very nice dining room. The larger glass dining table looks nice. Nice patterning of the dining seats. It looks great how you have placed the life ring and oar together on the wall! Great fireplace alcove. The photos on the wall there look homely. Very nice light filled sun room. It looks a nice sunny place to relax on the sofa seats , have a chat or a read, and enjoy the sunlight coming in, whilst having a drink of lemonade from the jug, Great use of the greenhouse windows there. The greenery on the wall and the green plants are nice touches in the room. Nice sitting area where you have done the curved sofa corner seating. The shade of green that you have used in the tv watching room looks nice. Nice furnishing of the master bedroom! Great nook area where sims can check their appearance in the full length mirror. The way you have done the windows on the side areas of the bed looks nice. Sims will enjoy walking up in the mornings to the sunlight coming in through the windows. The fireplace will keep the room warm. Very nice clothes and shoes closet! It looks great! It looks great how you have done the master bathroom bath tub area! The way you have placed the hanging and rolled up towels looks nice. Great nautical themed boys bedroom. The boat shaped bed looks great. Great study desk nook to do homework or use the computer. It looks great how you have created a sitting area between the bookcases and placed the shelf over it with a pirates boat and rocket on it ! Sims will have fun playing with the train set. Very nice shades of pink and green that you have used for the other double bedroom. Nice window study desk area for sims to enjoy having the sunlight come in through the window whilst using the computer. The tv watching nook looks great. The hanging string of photos look great placed under the tv. Very nice calm shade of purple that you have used in the nursery. The floral picture above the changing table and the teddy picture on the side wall looks nice. It looks great how you have curtained the cot alcove. Nice playroom area. Little sims will have fun in the play pen, riding the rocking horse and playing with the toys. Great basement nectar cellar! Sims will enjoy creating their own nectars there using the nectar machine, and storing them in the racks. Great texture that you have used for the walls. The picture on the wall is nice for sims to see when choosing a nectar to drink. It is great that you have placed planters there growing fruit that can be harvested and used straightaway in making nectars. Great alchemy and inventing nooks for brewing up elixirs and creating items on the invention table. Very nice spa room! Sims will enjoy having a relaxing sauna or a massage there. The pattern and colour of the walls creates a relaxing atmosphere. Great texture of the flooring and the red floor mats look nice on it. The ceiling lights type look nice and suit the type of room. The bamboo plants are restful and nice. Great gym. It looks great that you have placed the treadmills on a platformed stage. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo whilst keeping fit.
It is a very nice home!
